Michael A. Gershon, J.D.

Mike Gershon is a partner at Lloyd Gosselink, P.C. where he serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs its 18-lawyer Water Practice Group. He is a water, utility and environmental lawyer and works on a team of two dozen lawyers and six paralegals within the firm’s Water and Litigation Practice Groups. He assists a diverse group of clients with water planning and management, water quality, permitting and endangered species issues.

Mike is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and Fellow of the Austin Bar Foundation. He has served as Chairman of the Texas State Bar of Texas Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section and Chairman of the San Antonio Bar Environmental Law Section. AV/Preeminent-Rated in Natural Resources and Water Law by Martindale-Hubbell, Mike has been named in Best Lawyers in America in Water Law. He received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and his undergraduate degree within The University of Texas at Austin’s honors Professional Program in Accounting.
